BookAPump ("we," "us," or "our") is a mobile application operated by Concrete Pumping Services CPS, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2a. Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Name and email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Company name (optional, for contractors)
• Google account information if you sign in with Google (name, email, profile photo)

2b. Service Request Information

When you submit a service request to book a concrete pump truck, we collect:

• Contact details (name, email, phone, company)
• Job site address and geographic coordinates
• Service details (truck type, requested date, time, concrete provider, job type, yardage, and special instructions)

2c. Voice Booking Information

If you use the voice booking feature, audio is temporarily processed to extract your booking details. Audio recordings are not stored — only the resulting text transcript and extracted booking fields are retained.

2d. Business User Information

If you use the App as a pumping company staff member, we also collect:

• Your role within the organization (admin, dispatcher, or driver)
• Organization profile information (business name, logo, contact details, service areas)
• Fleet and equipment data (truck specifications, photos, assignments)

2e. Device Information

We collect push notification tokens to send you updates about your service requests. We collect your device type (iOS or Android) to deliver notifications correctly. We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, or other device fingerprinting data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process and fulfill service requests
• Send push notifications about your request status (e.g., confirmed, scheduled, completed)
• Enable communication between contractors and pumping companies
• Display job site locations on maps
• Process voice bookings into structured service requests
• Improve and maintain the App

The App collects job site addresses that you provide when submitting service requests. These addresses are converted to geographic coordinates for map display. We do not access your device's GPS or track your location in the background. You provide location information only when you explicitly enter a job site address or drop a pin on the map.

6. Data Sharing

We share your information only as follows:

• With pumping companies: When you submit a service request, your contact information and job details are shared with the pumping company you are requesting service from.
• With service providers: As described in Section 4, we share limited data with third-party services that help operate the App.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or behavioral tracking.

7. Data Security

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Your data is stored in Google Firebase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account information and service request history for as long as your account is active. Service request records are kept for business reference and operational purposes. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@bookapump.com.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly.

10. Your Rights

You may:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Opt out of push notifications through your device settings
